Random bits: Level sketches for ‘Alone’ concept

Here’s something which will otherwise never see the light of day – level layout, puzzle, and access flow sketches for a game concept called ‘Alone’ from a year or so ago.

I still hope we end up making this one in some form or other, but it’ll be vastly different to this if we do.

So check these out and wonder, what might have been…

And there’s some ambience/music too.

What does it make you think of?

  1. Hello! Someone in my Myspace group shared this website with us so I came to
look it over. I’m definitely enjoying the information. I’m bookmarking and will be tweeting this to my followers!

Great blog and superb style and design.

    • Thanks! ‘Superb’ was what we had in mind. ;)

  2. Hi great blog! Does running a blog like this take a large amount of work?

I have very little knowledge of coding however I had been
hoping to start my own blog in the near future.
Anyway, if you have any suggestions or tips for new blog owners please share.
I know this is off subject nevertheless I just wanted to ask.
    Thanks a lot!

    • Thanks – it’s WordPress. There’s a bit of effort to get it set up and skinned correctly with a theme of your choice, and depending on how heavily you want to edit the presentation, some coding – or none! It’s up to you. Check out http://www.wordpress.com and http://elegantthemes.com (or Google ‘WordPress themes’ for free ones).

  3. Please let me know if you’re looking for a author for your blog. You have some really good articles and I feel I would be a good asset. If you ever want to take some of the load off, I’d absolutely love to write some content for your blog in exchange
for a link back to mine. Please blast me an email if interested.

    Many thanks!
